Its full-text engine is already running in production, integrated directly into AlohaCase and AlohaDocument — users search across case documents, document content, and metadata with relevance-ranked results and snippets. The platform is expanding to add semantic and vector search and to index every other platform (CRM contacts, Commerce products, Backup files, Knowledge articles, warehouse tables) into a single cross-ecosystem search surface.
